PHOTOGRAPHY
REFUNDS
There are no refunds on any deposits. Only reschedules are accepted.
RESCHEDULES
A 3 business day notice is required for a free reschedule. A free reschedule will only be accepted one time.
A second reschedule will result in utilizing the deposit as a cancellation fee and you will need to rebook with a new deposit.
LATE FEE
A $50 late fee will be required & collected prior to the photoshoot if client is late 30 minutes or longer.
BRANDING & DESIGN
REFUNDS
There are no refunds at this moment; this includes deposits.
CANCELLATIONS FOR MONTHLY CONTRACTS
Cancellations must be made 15 business days prior to your renewal date. Any cancellations made after the 15th business day, payment will be held until the following renewal date.
LATE PAYMENTS FOR MONTHLY CONTRACTS
A $50 late fee will be collected if payment is completed after due date. An additional $10 daily fee will be added after the second day.

TURN AROUND TIME
Projects have individual timelines based on the package of your choice, functionality and the complexity of the website. Most take between 2-6 weeks.
HOSTING THE WEBSITE
The client must pay to host their own website, the domain and any additional charges chosen by the client at the time of development.
